We manufacture a wide range of specialty aqueous pigment preparations specifically developed for applications in paints, printing inks, plastics, rubber latex, aqueous foams, paper, adhesives, chalks, wood finishes, detergents and textile printings.
We recognize that our future is closely linked to the success of our customers. So whether your needs are small or large, simple or complex, we sincerely look forward to the opportunity to serve you in developing and improving your end-products to the best of our ability.
Absolute quality and dependability are demanded by industrial users. Polyblend Color Concentrate. Incorporates a leading edge technology and quality control to ensure that each product or preparation provides complete dependability - That's why we confidently offer to be your business partner for this millennium.
All our pigment preparations are formulated with dry pigments or pigments in press cake. They are uniformly dispersed to extremely small particles which are less than one micron to ensure that their properties represent an optimum for the intended field of application.
Our aqueous preparations are manufactured according to the ionic nature of the surfactant and particularly keeping the end-use compatibility as a prime factor.
The surfactant combinations are carefully selected for individual preparations suitable for specific end-uses that exhibit highest color yield, good flow despite high loading of pigments which ensures lowest level of additions and highest level of performance.
The salient features of Polyblend preparations:-
- Non dusting
- No significant pollution during handling
- Easy to handle and metering
- Lower handling material losses
- Just stirring in to the base thus saving in energy and personnel cost
- Uniform particle size distribution
- Uniform colour development
- Can be mixed with extenders
- Lower inventory costs
- Excellent storage stability

All batches are carefully monitored throughout the production for shades, strength on wet weight basis in given test media. As a practice we generally retain samples of each batch for minimum of one year.
PRESERVATION
An optimum dose of organic (non-metallic) bactericide are incorporated into the system to prevent fungal or microbial growth during storage.
HANDLING
Containers of these aqueous Pigment preparations are to be properly closed when not in use to avoid skinning, loss of water that may imbalance the individual solids in the preparations ( e.g., pigment : surfactant / Resin : water).
packaging
- All products are packed in 60 KGs. HDPE drums 1000 Kgs Palletized HMHDPE containers
- Special packings are offered subject to a minimum quantity of 250 KGs. per product.
